Turn Radio off to start
with radio off hold the PTT and power button together so it goes into UART MODE

when in UART MODE press and hold the refresh button to go into the upgrade mode

it will go to upgrading and update to newest version

once it updates it will shut off go ahead and turn it back on

to check the version un-lock keys by pressing and holding button on top of PTT button

once unlocked short press same button and scroll to version it should be oct 26 thats the latest

New rules on Past Dues take effect on July 1, 2010. Starting July 1, 2010 a yard that gets reported to Past Dues by another yard will have a service fee added to their monthly bill. The fee is 2% of the amount owed. This fee is meant to discourage yards from going beyond the 45 day credit terms allowed.
